I can help with the following
dog behaviour problems:

Aggression & Reactivity towards People

Does your dog bark, lunge, growl or display aggressive behaviour towards visitors, strangers or people they know?

Or perhaps they become overly excited, struggle to stay calm or find it difficult to cope around people, bikes, traffic or joggers.

I help owners understand what drives these behaviours and create practical training plans that improve safety and confidence in everyday life with their dog.

Aggression & Reactivity towards Dogs

Are your walks stressful because your dog barks, lunges, growls or behaves aggressively towards other dogs?

Perhaps they become overly excited, frustrated or difficult to manage when they see another dog.

I also help owners struggling with conflict or aggressive behaviour between dogs living in the same household.

Together we'll identify the cause of the behaviour and create a practical plan to improve everyday life with your dog.

Fears,
Anxiety
& Phobias

Does your dog struggle with fireworks, thunderstorms, gunshots or other loud noises? Or perhaps they seem worried, fearful or anxious in everyday situations.

This may look like reluctance to go for walks, avoiding certain places, struggling with visitors, veterinary visits, grooming, handling or wearing equipment such as a harness or lead.

I also help dogs who find grooming, handling or other aspects of their care stressful through cooperative care training.

Together we'll explore what's driving these behaviours and create a practical plan to help your dog feel more confident and comfortable in situations they currently find difficult.

Separation Anxiety & Home Alone Problems

Does your dog struggle when left alone?

Whether they're barking, howling, becoming destructive, toileting indoors or showing signs of distress, these behaviours can have a significant impact on daily life.

Together we'll explore what's driving the behaviour, including your dog's routine, recent life changes and other factors that may be affecting how they're coping when left alone.

Resource
GUarding

Does your dog growl, snap or become tense around food, toys, chews, resting places or other valued items?

Resource guarding is a common behaviour problem and can make everyday situations involving food, toys and other valued items difficult to manage.

I help owners understand their dog's behaviour and develop practical strategies that improve safety, reduce conflict and build confidence around valued resources.

Repetitive behaviours

Does your dog repeatedly chase shadows, spin, lick, pace, stare or become fixated on certain objects or activities?

Repetitive behaviours can range from occasional habits to behaviours that have a significant impact on your dog's wellbeing and daily life.

I work with owners to identify the factors contributing to these behaviours and create tailored plans that support their dog's welfare and quality of life.

If your dog's behaviour isn't listed above, please feel free to get in touch to discuss how I can help you and your dog.
