Booking your
behaviour consultation

01
Behaviour questionnaire
The questionnaiore gives me an overview of your dog’s behaviour and what you’ve already tried, so I can recommend the most suitable behaviour package.
If you’re fairly sure you’d like to go ahead with a consultation, please request a vet referral as soon as possible.
This allows me to book you into my next available slot — as I can’t provide behaviour advice without it.
Please email me for the behaviour questionnaire.
02
Free 15min initial call
A quick, no-pressure chat to:
-
Review your dog’s behaviour and what you’ve tried
-
Identify the best approach or package for your dog
-
Answer any questions about the consultation process

03

Vet referral
Behaviour consultations under the CCAB Code of Ethics require a vet referral, due to the strong links between health and behaviour.
This ensures your dog’s behaviour isn’t caused by an underlying health issue. It also means, I can provide safe, effective advice tailored to your dog and work with your vet if behaviour medications or further investigations are needed. Please email me for the veterinary referral form.

Don’t worry — the referral is a quick and painless process, and your vet can usually provide it even if a full recent exam hasn’t been possible.
04
Behaviour consultation
We look at what’s driving your dog’s behaviour, identify the root cause, and work together to create a clear, practical plan that’s easy to follow and supports both you and your dog.

A detailed report will be provided to you and your vet within
1 week of the consultation.

05
Follow-up support
This helps you put your plan into action, set clear goals, stay on track, and provides additional guidance whenever needed.

You can buy extra sessions as and when needed to work on any other areas with your dog.
